Salih: "Queen Elizabeth will be remembered as a great symbol of history who served with grace and dignity"

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, offered condolences, today, Thursday, to the death of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II.

"I feel deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, I offer my deepest condolences to the royal family and the people of the United Kingdom," President Salih said in a tweet on his Twitter account.

"Queen Elizabeth will be remembered as a great symbol of history who served with grace, dignity and steadfastness," he added.
