The head of the victory coalition Haider al-Abadi called today, Monday, for calm and restraint and not to be drawn into sedition.
Al-Abadi said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "I call for calm and restraint and not to be drawn into the sedition that came like dark night following each other, and I call on all Iraqis to unite and prevent abuses of private and public rights."
He added, "I am support the security forces to protect the safe citizens and save the country from the tampering of the abusers."
