President salih sends a cable of condolences to Sisi

The President of Republic, Barham Salih, sent on Sunday, a cable of condolences to the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, for the victims of the fire accident in the Abu Seif Church.

The following is the text of the telegram received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "With deep sadness and pain and with hearts believing in the judgment and destiny of god, we followed the tragic incident, the fire in Abu Sefein Church, which resulted in civilian deaths and injuries."

He added: "As we send to your Excellency, the families of the deceased, and the brotherly people of the Republic of Egypt, in the name of the Iraqi people, our warmest condolences and the most sincere sympathy, we ask the Almighty to bless the deceased with his mercy and inspire their families with patience, solace and good consolation, and to bless all the injured with a speedy recovery, May God protect you and the people of Egypt from all evil and harm and   to perpetuate the blessings of health and wellness on you. "
