The Counter-Terrorism Service announced today, Thursday, the arrest of the leader of ISIS, Ahmed Khalaf Manna', nicknamed "Abu Rahma".
The agency said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "a force from the agency was able to arrest the terrorist Ahmed Khalaf Manna' al-Makani (Abu Rahma)."
He added, "The terrorist held a military position in the Jazira state with ISIS terrorist gangs, and appeared from the top of the Japanese bridge in Fallujah, threatening the Iraqis," noting that "his full confessions will be published soon."
