National Security Service counted Wednesday its operations against smugglers of oil derivatives.

INSS said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the outcome of the operations against smugglers of oil derivatives came as follows:

1- More than one million liters of smuggled petroleum products were seized.

2- The arrest of 117 people accused of smuggling.

3- The confiscation of (49) tanks and vehicles intended for smuggling.

4- Seizing (93) dens.

5- Seizing (496) tanks that were used for storing and selling oil derivatives.

6 - Closing (11) stations for violating regulations or for taking advantage of the crisis.
