The US Department of Defense (Pentagon) announced the killing of the leader of the ISIS terrorist gangs in Syria.
"The leader of ISIS in Syria, Maher Al-Aqal, was killed in an air strike via a drone in Syria," the ministry said in a statement.
"Removing ISIS leaders will disrupt the group's ability to carry out global attacks," the ministry added.
