Biden: USA has strengthened its military presence in Europe and will spread to the Baltic countries

US President Joe Biden confirmed, today, Thursday, that the United States has strengthened its military presence in Europe and will deploy in the Baltic countries.

Biden said from Spain, where the NATO summit was held: "We were united during the NATO summit to face the challenges posed by Russia and China. I told Russian President Vladimir Putin that invading Ukraine would make NATO stronger and united, and he thought he could break us, but he gets the opposite of what he wanted.".

He added, "We are strengthening our presence everywhere and in Europe in particular, and we will have a presence in the Baltic countries, and Washington is gathering the world to support Ukraine, and there are countries that have made new commitments to achieve that support.".

He continued, "We have provided about $7 billion to Ukraine since the beginning of the administration's mandate, and we will announce $800 million in military aid to Ukraine in the next few days to support its war with Russia."
