Salih and the Iranian MOH stress the importance of exchanging experiences

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, and Iranian Minister of Health Bahram Ayn Allah, stressed today, Thursday, the importance of exchanging experiences and activating the understandings and agreements concluded between the two sides.

The media office stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received at the Peace Palace in Baghdad the Iranian Minister of Health Bahram Ayn Allah.".

The statement added, "At the beginning of the meeting, Bahram Ayn Allah conveyed the greetings of Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi to President Barham Salih, while Salih conveyed Bahram's greetings to the Iranian President.".

He pointed out that "during the meeting, they discussed the strong bilateral relations between the two neighboring countries, and their importance for the two friendly peoples to serve the two countries and the whole region in the field of health and combating diseases and epidemics.

For his part, Bahram Ayn Allah, affirmed the Islamic Republic of Iran's support for the security and stability of Iraq, and aspiration towards expanding horizons of bilateral cooperation between the two countries in a manner that serves the interests of the two friendly peoples.
