The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Al-Ghazi, confirmed today, Monday, that Iraq and Syria are witnessing security stability after being subjected to a terrorist attack.
The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers, Hamid Naim Al-Ghazi, received the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Baghdad, Sattam Jadaan Al-Dandah."
The statement added, "The frameworks of joint cooperation between the two brotherly countries in the trade and economic fields were discussed, as well as the food field, which is one of the most important resources that contribute to supporting the national product of the two countries."
Al-Ghazi stressed that "the two countries' governments and peoples have close historical relations," noting that "the two countries are currently witnessing security stability after they were subjected to a terrorist attack by the takfiri gangs ISIS."
