MOC discusses with his Emirati counterpart the development of cultural relations between the two countries

    The Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Hassan Nadhim, discussed, today, Friday, in Abu Dhabi, with the Emirati Minister of Culture and Youth Noura Al Kaabi, the development of cultural relations between the two brotherly countries.

    His media office, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the two sides also discussed the progress of the reconstruction of the Al-Nuri Mosque, the Al-Hadba minaret, the Sa'ah and Al-Tahera churches in the city of Mosul, and the upcoming visit of the Minister to Iraq with the head of UNESCO." 

    He added that "the meeting took place in the presence of Ali bin Tamim, head of the Arabic Language Center in Abu Dhabi, the organizer of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair."

    Nadhim toured, according to the statement, "accompanied by the Emirati minister in the corridors of the exhibition, after which Al Kaabi visited the Iraqi pavilion and reviewed the publications of the publishing houses belonging to the ministry, expressing her great admiration for the great development witnessed by the book industry in the formations of the ministry concerned in this regard."
