PMF: Operation Solid Will is to end Daesh, north of Al-Rutba

Commander of West Anbar Operations for the Popular Mobilization Forces – PMF, Qassim Muslih confirmed on Monday, that Operation Solid Will, in its second phase, which started the day before yesterday, will end the presence of Daesh terrorist gangs in the northern areas of Al-Rutba.
 
"The second operation of Solid Will is taking place in steps according to what was planned with the joint Operations and the ranks of the security forces," Muslih told the Iraqi News Agency – INA.
 
He added, "According to accurate intelligence sources, Daesh enemy has been surrounded from all sides in the northern areas of Al-Rutba, and they operate in separate detachments as they use explosive devices to trap the progress of our forces to the objectives set,".
 
“Coordination of the second Operation Solid Will takes place at the highest levels, with the solidarity of the security forces of all kinds," he stressed, noting "the coming days will witness the end of the enemy's presence in the northern areas of Al-Rutba, with the continuation of the operations of Solid Will,".
