The President of the Republic Congratulates on the Yazidi New Year

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, congratulated today, Tuesday, the Yazidi New Year.
Salih said in a tweet to him on his Twitter account, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The warmest congratulations and blessings to our indigenous Yazidi people on the occasion of the Yazidi New Year, wishing them a happy and peaceful year."
He added, "We renew our full support to secure their rights and the return of the displaced to their homes, and we will follow closely with the concerned authorities and the international community to release our abducted sons."
