Iran appoints a new ambassador to Iraq

Iranian government announced on Monday, appointing a new ambassador to Iraq.
Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said in a press conference, followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Hussein Al Sadiq has been appointed as a new ambassador to Iraq, succeeding Iraj Masjid."
Khatibzadeh added, "Hussein Al Sadiq will start his duties soon."
