SMC announces confiscating 5 kg of drugs in Maysan

The Security Media Cell (SMC) announced Thursday, that 5 kg of narcotic drugs had been found in Maysan.
 
During the continues efforts to curb the spread of narcotic toxins, the security units in Maysan Operations Command continue their duties assigned to them within the sector of responsibility, as a force from the 37^th Mechanized Infantry Brigade managed to find five kilograms of drugs and an amount of 450,000 fake Iraqi dinars in Al-Azeer district, Maysan province, SMC said in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
 
The statement added “All the necessary legal measures have been taken, as the security services will pursue the outlaws and bring them into justice to receive their just punishment."
