AFC proposes Saudi Arabia as a neutral venue to hold Iraq-UAE match

    The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has proposed that Iraq-UAE match be held as part of the Asian qualifiers for the World Cup in Qatar in Saudi Arabia as a neutral venue.

    INA reporter said that AFC proposed Saudi Arabia as a neutral venue for our national team match in the Qatar World Cup 2022 qualifier.
     
    FIFA & AFC permitted previously the Iraqi National team to play in Baghdad for the Qatar World Cup 2022 qualifier match that will be held in 24th of March against UAE National team, before they retracted that by an official letter sent to the Iraqi Football Association.
