Three dangerous terrorists arrested in Mosul

The security media cell announced Wednesday the arrest of three dangerous terrorists, including the supervisor of Mosul’s defense plan, before it was liberated.
 
"The Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency of the Interior Ministry, through accurate information, has been able to arrest three wanted dangerous terrorists in accordance with article 4/terrorism," the cell said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency( INA).
 
"The first terrorist admitted his work in the so-called Military Engineering Corps that was tasked with overseeing Mosul’s defense plan and developed a well-prepared plan to dig trenches and tunnels along the defending line before liberating it, as a former army officer," the statement said.
 
"The second terrorist planted IEDS in Kirkuk and participated in several terrorist operations against security forces in Jabal Asal and Ajil and continued to work until 2021 to establish dens and plant the bombs until his arrest," the statement said.
"The third terrorist worked with the so-called (Diwan al-Jund) Askar Salaheddine al-Ayoubi and was commissioned to hold accountable the citizens who violated the instructions of ISIS gangs and also participated in two terrorist operations against peshmerga forces," the statement said.
 
"Their statements were initially and judicially written down, and legal measures were taken against them", the statement said
