Washington condemns the terrorist attack in Diyala 

The United States of America expressed its condemnation of the terrorist attack in Diyala Governorate . 

A statement by the US Embassy in Baghdad, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), stated that "the United States of America condemns the terrorist attack on the Iraqi army headquarters in Diyala Governorate, which resulted in the martyrdom of 11 members of the Iraqi security forces.". 

The statement added: "We stand with our Iraqi friends and partners in the face of this terrorist act, and we offer our heartfelt condolences to the families of the dead.". 

Lately, Diyala Operations Command announced, earlier today, Friday, the death of 11 soldiers, including a lieutenant, in the Hawi al-Azim area of Diyala Governorate, as a result of a terrorist attack by ISIS terrorist gangs.
