"We renew our loyalty to the martyrs leaders and we will be an impregnable dam in the face of terrorism, that this ceremony expresses your love and keenness to commemorate this painful anniversary committed on the land of Iraq and extended to the honored guest of Iraq, Hajj Qasim Soleimani, who came as a volunteer, supportive and loving to this people, and shed his blood on the land of this land, and Commander Abu Mahdi Al muhandis , who dedicated his life to defend this country " he said.
