The Secretary-General of the Council Ministers, Hamid Al-Ghazi, stressed the need to adhere to the timelines for projects of the Dhi Qar Governorate Reconstruction Fund.
A statement issued by the General Secretariat and received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), said that "Al-Ghazi met the Governor of Dhi Qar, Muhammad Hadi, and the head of the Governorate Reconstruction Fund, Razzaq Al-Rikabi, and stressed the need for the companies implementing the projects of the Dhi Qar Governorate Reconstruction Fund to adhere to the timelines prepared according to the terms of the contracts concluded with the construction fund, doubling the effort and raising the pace of work, and urging the Fund’s management to prepare to start the projects listed within the year 2022."
He pointed out that Dhi Qar Governorate will witness a high quality step in terms of construction and economy. in view of the shift it is witnessing through the launch of the reconstruction campaign in the governorate, which included all districts and sub-districts in various service sectors, and services reached rural roads, and that this year will witness the referral of additional projects."
