Al-Kadhimi reveals his financial disclosure for the year 2022

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi revealed today, Monday, his financial disclosure for the year 2022.
 
 
The Commission of Integrity (COI) said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that: "The Commission received the financial disclosure for the current year of the Prime Minister (Mustafa Al-Kadhimi), to become the first officials to disclose their personal financial interests from the heads of the three authorities, affirming that COI also received the financial disclosure of the director of the Prime Minister's Office, Judge (Raed Jawahi) for the current year.
 
It’s worth mentioning ,that the COI had disclosed at the end of 2019, the details of the first amendment to its effective law No. 30 of 2011, after the parliament approved the amendment, in accordance with the provisions of the first item of Article (61) and the third item of Article (73) of the Constitution, as Article (16/) indicated First / c) to oblige each of (the prime minister, deputy prime ministers, ministers and those of their rank), as well as others who occupy one of the official positions, as contained in the article in its other paragraphs, to submit a statement on their financial disclosures.
