The spokesman for the commander-in-chief of the armed forces, Major General Yahya Rasoul, announced Sunday that an attempt to target logistical support with two explosive devices was foiled in Babylon.
"During the field survey, the Federal Intelligence and Investigation Agency in Babylon province foiled an attempt to target the logistics support with two explosive devices" Rasoul said in a statement received by the official Iraqi news agency INA.
"One was detonated on site, the other was dismantled and lifted," he said.
