The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, directed on Tuesday, to follow-up the file of the kidnapped activist, Sajjad al-Iraqi.
The office of Sayyid Al-Sadr said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “Sayyid Muqtada Al-Sadr met today, the mother of the kidnapped activist (Sajjad Al-Iraqi)."
The statement added, “Sayyid Al-Sadr directed to follow up her son's file through official and legal authorities and to provide the necessary humanitarian assistance to his family."
The statement continued , " Sayyid Al-Sadr also met with the mother of the martyr Sheikh Hussein Al-Suwaidy," noting that "he ordered the follow-up of the social and humanitarian situation and provide the necessary assistance to the family of the martyr."
