The elimination of "Abu Qatada" ISIS Snipers detachment commander in Kirkuk 

The Ministry of Defense announced today, Friday, that the commander of the snipers detachment, nicknamed "Abu Qatada", was killed in Kirkuk. 

The ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "according to accurate intelligence information, the heroes of the 3rd regiment, the 45th Brigade, the 8th Mechanized Infantry Division, were able to kill the commander of the terrorist snipers detachment (Y.A), nicknamed "Abu Qatada" and injuring two ISIS gangs. In the Albu Muhammad area in Wadi al-Shay in Kirkuk governorate, after setting up a tight ambush for them.
