PMF: A Daesh terrorist arrested, north of Baghdad

INA - BAGHDAD

Popular Mobilization Forces Authority - PMF announced on Monday, the overthrow of a Daesh terrorist, north of Baghdad.

 “The intelligence and information assistant in PMF / Military Intelligence Directorate, in coordination with the Intelligence Department of the Popular Mobilization Operations Command in Anbar Governorate, was able to arrest one of the remnants of Daesh terrorist gangs north of the capital, Baghdad,” said PMF in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

 The statement included, "This came as a result of the intensification of intelligence efforts and after obtaining judicial approvals and vigorous follow-up as well as monitoring of movements, before the arrest in one of the areas north of the capital. The necessary action was taken against him in accordance to the law,”
