Salih: Completing the elections is a starting point for reform

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, confirmed today, Sunday, that the completion of the elections is a starting point towards the reform that the people seek.
Salih stated in a tweet to him, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the completion of the elections is a starting point towards the reform that the people seek and an affirmation of their democratic choice."
He added, "A huge task awaits us to form authorities that express people will and achieve   aspirations for a better future."
Saleh concluded by saying: "We thank the government, the security services, Electoral Commission, and international observers for preparing the requirements for success on this historic day."
