The Office of the Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) on Baghdad’s Al-Rusafa side said Friday that no problems with polling and verification devices in special voting were recorded until 4 p.m.
"There were 49 centers and 281 special voting stations on the Al-Rusafa side," said Falah Khabati, director of media for the Baghdad-Al-Rusafa Elections Office, adding that "no problems were recorded with the polling stations and verification of the special vote until 4 p.m. this evening."
"Those who have not been able to cast their votes in the special vote will be allowed to vote on the day of the general vote," he said.
