The Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, Thursday, announced that it has received an official invitation to participate in the Summit of Non-Aligned Countries, which will be held in the Serbian capital, Belgrade.
The ministry stated in a statement that "Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein received, on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, the Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to Baghdad, Orus Balov, and handed the ambassador an official invitation addressed by the Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Nikola Silakovic to Minister of Iraq to attend the Non-Aligned Countries Summit that will be held to celebrate the sixtieth anniversary of the first conference of the founding of the movement, and which will be hosted by the Republic of Serbia next week in the capital Belgrade.
