The National Oil Company enters a financing partner with Total in its giant project in Basra

The Minister of Oil, Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar Ismail, announced today, Tuesday, the approval of the Council of Ministers for the entry of the National Oil Company as a financing partner with Total Company in its giant project in Basra.
Ismail said, that "the Council of Ministers approved, in its session today, Tuesday, a set of important decisions that support the efforts of the Ministry and the National Oil in implementing their plans to increase national production of oil and gas, and to achieve financial revenues that support the budget, public and national economy.
