The death toll from the Kabul blast has risen to 12 dead and 32 wounded in a bomb explosion near the entrance to the Al-Aidja Mosque in the Afghan capital, Kabul.
Local sources said, "The explosion left 12 people dead and at least 32 wounded, and 3 suspects were arrested."
