Civil Aviation: Delay in adopting international vaccination certificate as PCR tests still ongoing

Civil Aviation Authority announced the delay in adopting the international vaccination certificate and the continuation to depend PCR tests.

“We would like to show our valued travelers and all airlines operating in the country to wait at the present time in terms of adopting the international certificate of vaccination with the Covid-19 vaccine for Iraqi travelers outside Iraq,” said the Civil Aviation Authority in a statement, received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

“The reliance on the (PCR) tests is still on going by 72 hours before the date of departure and arrival,” included the statement.
