The head of the Security Committee of Baghdad Conference, Lieutenant-General Mohammad Hamid Al-Bayati, announced today, Sunday, the success of the plan to secure Baghdad Conference.
Al-Bayati said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that the procedures for securing the conference were flexible, as the capital did not witness roads cutting or a curfew.
He added that the committee relied on professional leadership as well as calm and careful intelligence effort, praising the efforts of the security forces that contributed to the success of the plan.
