Iraqi Security Forces managed to arrest the so-called administrator of ISIS’s Southern Province in Erbil.
The spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief, Major General Yahya Rasool, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Thursday, that according to the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, the Counter-Terrorism Service continues its qualitative operations, as the courageous fighters of CTS, in coordination with the counter terrorism forces in Erbil provinces, managed to arrest of the so-called administrator south in the terrorist gangs of ISIS, nicknamed (Abu Mansour), who was moving under false identities.
