The joint operation command announced on Wednesday , completing all the security preparations to secure Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership, which is scheduled to be held next Saturday.
The spokesman for the JOC, Major General Tahsin Al-Khafaji, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), today, Wednesday that the security forces have completed their security preparations to secure Baghdad Conference, adding that the security forces are taking vital and significant measures in
terms of developing plans to secure the entrances and exits of Baghdad.
Al-Khafaji affirmed that Iraq is witnessing an international conference, which is a clear message to the world and investors that Iraq is a country that enjoys independence and circumstances suitable for investment and construction.
It's to be mentioned, that the capital, Baghdad, is scheduled to host a conference next Saturday, in which nine countries will participate, including Turkey, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, the UAE and France.
