The Ministry of Electricity announced on Thursday, that 14 power transmission towers were sabotaged caused complete power outage in Salah al-Din province.
The ministry's spokesman, Ahmed Moussa, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that 14 energy transmission towers were targeted last night and Thursday morning in Salah al-Din province, with IEDs.
Moussa added that this sabotage act led to a complete power outage in the province, describing the targeting as a fierce attack on power transmission lines and towers.
