MOI reveals its procedures in terms of dealing with incidents and reports

    Iraqi Ministry of Interior unveiled on Thursday that it has the presence supervisory and administrative committees to inspect and supervise the validity of police procedures during investigations.

     

    The ministry's spokesman, Major General Khaled Al-Muhanna, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "No policeman can take any action whether it is (act, report or attend), if there is no judicial order.

     

    Al-Muhanna added, "The police is an executive authority and an institution to implement the law, and it works under its provisions, as no policeman can deviate from the law, otherwise he will under accountability, adding that  there are many means, starting with the system and the mechanism of work to record the accidents and lawsuits according to special records, and all of these means are subject to periodic and continuous supervision.
