The Parliamentary Crisis Cell revealed two options to impose a comprehensive curfew during Ramadan, while the government and the Ministry of Health called for changing their plans regarding urging citizens to adhere to health instructions .
"In light of the recent increase in the number of injuries, we are currently discussing more than one option to impose the ban during the blessed month of Ramadan," the reporter of the cell, Jawad Al-Mousawi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), indicating that "the first is to move towards a comprehensive ban during the first ten days of the month."
He added that "the second, closest and most effective option is to implement a comprehensive ban on days: Thursday, Friday and Saturday with an increase in the partial ban hours to extend from 7 pm to 5 am," calling on the Iraqi government and the Ministry of Health to change their plans regarding urging citizens to adhere to health instructions and times of the ban and increase Awareness of the need to speed up vaccination with the Corona vaccine.
