Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi confirmed, today, Sunday, that Iraq faced a great challenge to complete the great FAO project.
Al-Kadhimi said in a speech during laying the foundation stone for the Faw Grand Port project (the five contracts), which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "Iraq has faced a great challenge to complete the great Faw project."
"The Grand Port of Faw is a project for generations and the future," he added.
On Sunday, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi laid the cornerstone for the Grand Faw Port project (the five contracts), which includes (the five container berths, filling the container yard, digging the internal navigation channel, digging and furnishing the external navigation channel, the Khor Al-Zubair canal tunnel, and the highway linking between Faw Port and Um Qasr).
