The leader of the Sadrist movement, Muqtada al-Sadr, launched the industrial and agricultural reform project, on Friday.
According to a document issued by his office received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Mr. Sadr said that it is "a continuation of the reform approach that God and the people have pledged to us, and after the approval of the general budget, in support of the national product, and in support of foreign and domestic investment, we announce the agricultural and industrial reform by supporting the sectors and national laboratories.
