The First Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Hassan Al-Kaabi, pledged today, Thursday, to move forward with the implementation of the reform project called for by Mr. Muqtada Al-Sadr.
Al-Kaabi said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): We are honored today by a supportive and senior telephone call from the great reformer, Muqtada al-Sadr, thanking us and our brothers for the efforts made to approve the draft budget for 2021 and the legislation guaranteeing the rights of the Iraqi people and the need to follow it in a manner that does not lead to its loss and departure into the hands of the corrupt. "
He added: We thank God so much for this blessing, and we pledge to Mr. Al-Sadr to go ahead with the reform project that he called for, and to spare no effort to double our efforts to achieve this and to implement his generous directions and advice first hand.
