The cell said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "An explosive device exploded this morning, targeting a convoy carrying Land Cruise Pickup wheels, which is a gift from the International Coalition to build the capabilities of the Iraqi security forces on the international highway in Dhi Qar province, which led to One of the wheels burned, no human losses. "
The cell added that "a second bomb exploded on the same convoy in Babil Governorate near Bridge 17, which led to damage to one of the wheels and the cargo within the Babil Governorate police responsibility district."
