Cabinet spokesman Hassan Nadhim confirmed today, Tuesday, that the curfew starts from nine in the evening to five in the morning, while Friday and Saturday are comprehensive.
At the weekly press conference, which was attended by the correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA), Nadhim said, "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi expressed solidarity with the Kurdish people on the anniversary of the Halabja crime."
He pointed out that "groups tried to blow up the electricity towers in the Rashidiya area in Baghdad," noting that "these actions will not be able to stop the government effort in producing electricity."
He pointed out that "attempts to obstruct the work of the provinces and attack the security forces are unacceptable," explaining that "the government calls on citizens to update the biometric card information."
