The American ambassador to Iraq, Matthew Tueller, affirmed the United States' support for the efforts of the local government in Salah al-Din Governorate to develop health conditions, return displaced persons and enhance stability.
Governor of Salah al-Din Ammar Jaber told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "Ambassador Matthew Tueller confirmed during his visit to Salah al-Din Governorate that his country will contribute to the development of the teaching hospital in Tikrit to be an advanced center in providing health services that citizens need, after it supported its rehabilitation by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
He added, " Tueller promised to visit Salah al-Din Governorate to support its local government and share the joy of its people with the opening of this advanced hospital."
"The American ambassador expressed his readiness to provide support for implementing projects, restoring conditions and factors of normal life for the people of the province, stabilizing security and stability, and returning the displaced," Jabr added.
