Salih stresses the importance of strengthening cooperation in the defense field between Iraq and Pakistan

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the world and the region face common challenges, while stressing the need for cooperation to maintain international security and stability

The office of the president of the republic said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received today, Tuesday, at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the Pakistani Minister of Military Production, Zubaida Jalal and her accompanying delegation."

During the statement, Salih stressed "the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation in the defense field between the two countries, making use of the expertise of both military institutions, and developing the capabilities of the Iraqi armed forces."
