INA- Baghdad Prime Minster Abadi headed to Ankara on Tuesday, accompanied by a state delegation. Before leaving, the PM stated that the Water Agenda will take priority in his negotiations there. Adding: "Iraq has great potentials, and we take care to establish balanced relations with neighbouring countries that would guarantee our country’s interests foremost". In a statement ıssued by the PM’s Office, the visit will include discussing enhancing cooperation between the two countries, and a number of issues including- water, electricity, health, industry, investments, security, culture, and other mutual issues. The state delegation includes- Ministers of Oil, Interior, Agriculture, and Water Resources, in addition to- Secretary General for the Council of Ministers, Director of the Prime Minister's Office, and the Governor of Basra.
