HCR receive complaints and appeals regarding recount process

INA - Baghdad Independent High Electoral Commission announced Monday, receiving complaints and appeals regarding the election process. UNHCR spokesman judge Laith Jabr Hamza, to the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "the Commission has received a number of complaints and appeals regarding the election process, adding" hopefully Hamzah consideration by judicial authority after the deadline for receipt of appeals on Tuesday.
