The Ministry of Planning revealed a survey of the stalled projects in Iraq and their priorities for implementing projects during the next year.
Ministry spokesman Abdul Zahra Al-Hindawi said in a special statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), "The number of projects throughout Iraq is 6225 projects, some of them are federal projects implemented by ministries, and some are projects that fall within the regional development program and are implemented by local governments." He pointed out that "the implementation of the listed projects varied, some in previous years, including 755 projects, the completion rates of which did not exceed 20%."
