Iraq sent 200 thousand bags of flour as aid to Lebanon, as an expression of brotherly solidarity and standing with the Lebanese people in their economic crisis.
“The southern port of Umm Qasr in Basra Governorate received food aid (flour) loaded on trucks provided by the Republic of Iraq to Lebanon, whose load is estimated at (13300) thousand tons; about (200) thousand bags of flour," included a statement issued by the Border Crossing Authority media office received by Iraqi News Agency (INA).
It was shipped via the port to reach their final destination in Lebanon, as an expression of fraternal Arab solidarity and standing with the State of Lebanon during its economic crisis and the humanitarian disaster that befell them after the tragedy of Beirut port explosions.
