PHR: Funding and Powers Problems Affected on the confrontation Corona pandemic

     The head of the Parliamentary Human Rights Committee, MP Arshad Al-Salhi, confirmed today, Tuesday, that the problems of financing and powers delay the confrontation of Corona in the provinces.

     Al-Salhi said to the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "There are problems regarding the financing of the Ministry of Health with financial dues due to the existence of a complicated exchange mechanism according to the budget law."  This takes a lot of time. "

     Al-Salhi added, "Health needs pulmonary respirators, and every governorate can contract with the company it deems appropriate, and this type of authority is non-existent."
