Ministry of Health and Environment announced the 144 new cases of Coronavirus on Sunday.
"3107 have been tested in all the specialized labs in Iraq for this day, thus the total number of tested cases since the beginning of the pandemic in Iraq recorded 149701" included a statement by the Ministry received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
It indicated that the labs recorded 144 new cases that are distributed as follows: "Baghdad / Rusafa: 66, Baghdad / Karkh: 22, Medical City: 17, Basra 4, Wasit: 9, Karbala: 16, Muthanna: 3, and Sulaimaniya : 7 ".
The statement includes that the Ministry recorded 92 cases of recoveries distributed as follows: "Baghdad / Rusafa: 10, Baghdad /Karkh: 49, Medical City: 5, Basra: 10, Babel: 4, Muthanna: 9, Dhi Qar: 1, and Erbil: 4 ".
"It recorded two deaths, one in Medical City, and the other in Diyala."
The Ministry warned that the total number of "recoveries" is 2218, 123 are deaths and 1063 are under treatment.
