The Ministry of Transport announced its intention to operate exceptional flights via Iraqi Airways to Europe next week.
Ministry spokesman Salem Al-Sudani said in a statement to the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that the national carrier represented by Iraqi Airways contributed greatly to alleviating the suffering of Iraqis living abroad who were stranded due to the Corona crisis.
He added that, after the approval of the Diwaniy Order Committee 55, the airlines have started operating 20 flights for various stations around the world, such as Moscow, Minsk, India, Oman, Dubai, Istanbul, and others, in addition to transporting the funerals of the deceased abroad.
